You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Request is made within 7 days of purchase.
The course has not been more than 20% completed.
The user has not downloaded course content in bulk or used access for commercial purposes.
Downloadable digital products (e.g., PDFs, eBooks, etc.)
Subscription plans after the trial period (if any)
Courses bought at a discounted price or during promotions
Services where significant personalization or mentoring has occurred
Email your refund request to refunds@odeny.com with your Order ID and reason.
Our support team will respond within 3 business days.
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If a course is removed or canceled by Odeny, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on access history.
Filing chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
